Booking Terms & Conditions
Skin Tests: Some hair and beauty treatments, including hair colouring, eyelash tinting and perming require a skin test 24/48hrs prior to treatments taking place. This is to ensure you do not develop a reaction to any of the products used in the process. If you have had a skin test before at the salon you will not require a repeat.
Hair and Beauty Packages/Vouchers: Some packages, notably those purchased for others, will require a payment up front. Many of our seasonal packages can be purchased online via Paypal or alternatively we can take debit or credit cards over the phone; or you may wish to visit the salon. All purchases made over the phone/online will be sent a receipt on request.
Cancellation Policy and Charges: Due to the rise in client no shows and late cancellations, we have been forced to implement a strict cancellation policy.
We require a minimum of 12 hours notice for any cancellations.
12 hours notice - no charge.
Less than 12hrs notice - 10% Charge (appointment cost).
No show* - 20% Charge (appointment cost).
No shows include notifications made less than an hour before the appointment is due. No shows also include late arrivals to appointments of 15minutes or more without prior notification.
We do our upmost to ensure clients remember their appointments, including the option of text reminders and calls. These measures have had to be implemented due to the rise in client no shows and last minute cancellations which is disappointing for both staff and other clients who really want these appointments.
Our booking terms apply equally to services booked on-line, over the telephone, or in person at the salon.
